Ice activities
Household Skate
When in doubt, skate it out! Household skate is a 1-hour session on one of our arenas for you and your family! Helmets are required for everyone. You can bring sticks, pucks, rings, etc. Nets will be provided.

Note to members: if people in your group are non-members the cost for each of them is $5 up to a maximum of $15/ group session. This can be paid upon check-in.
Play & Skate - ages 3-5
Participants will play a variety of games while gaining balance, learning how to fall, get up, walk and glide on the ice. All participants are required to have skates and a CSA approved helmet. We recommend use of a full facemask.
Hockey Arenas - Totem 1, 2 & 3
3 NHL-sized ice hockey arenas on site at 800 Griffin Road.
Cochrane Arena
The Cochrane Arena is a separate off-site location at 609 4th Avenue, Cochrane
and is also operated by the Spray Lake Sawmills Recreation Park Society.
