This class brings the thrill of the outdoor ride — inside. A progressive 8-week program with time trials, flats, hills, mountain climbs, intervals, and breakaways, designed to challenge your fitness to reach a new level. This unique program design fosters maximum caloric expenditure while strengthening the legs, gluteal, core, and improving heart & lung function.
Calling all Moms, Dads, oh… and babies, too! This class is for you! Join us for this fun and effective class designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance, core, and strength. Please bring your baby carriage as we will push, pull, lunge all while your baby (hopefully) naps! If they do not, no worries, as we completely understand, so bring that sling and keep moving! Let our children be the REASON not the excuse – All levels welcome.
Multi-sport - ages 5-12
Multi-sport is a 13-week program, for ages 5-12, that keeps kids active and encourages play! The program compliments the gym curriculum that is in schools. Throughout the weeks, the kids will try multiple sports including skating, climbing, curling and others. The participants will practice archery and dance. They will also attend three fitness classes and learn how important it is to eat healthy and stay active.
TRX & Kettle bells
This is a high-energy tempo-driven class framed primarily around the TRX system. All levels and experience are welcome with each class beginning with exercise review. Classes will run 60 minutes in duration and will use mostly body weight to create a challenging full body workout in a condensed time frame. The TRX system removes strain on the body that can come with injuries or load placed when building strength. Come once for the workout experience… stay because of how great you will feel. P90X LIVE® is a full-body, strength training and cardio conditioning class, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio X, Lower Strength, Upper Strength and X Core. The program incorporates a new “protocol based” approach to full body training. P90X LIVE is fully modifiable for all fitness levels.
Kid's Club - ages 3-8
Looking for a place to drop off your child(ren) when working out? Kid’s Club is a registered program for children ages 3-8 where they will play physically distanced games and activities supported by our play facilitators. Drop off/ pick up is at the gymnasium.
