About the class

This class is a gentle blend of Pilates and Yoga. Core conditioning and joint range of motion exercises may be performed with the assistance of apparatus such as Gliders, Rubber Resistance, and small balls. This class is great for beginners and/or individuals with low back troubles. Please bring your own Yoga mat!
