About the class
Invite stillness, relaxation and love within as you fall into deep meditation in your yin poses. Yin invites us to work on the fascia deep connective tissue which will help you release tension and improve mobility. We will let the practice do the work on us instead of doing the work. Think gentle resistance in each pose without control.
By promoting the flow of energy through the energy channels of our core, we can help bring health and balance to our busy Yang-Style lives. This class is open to all levels of experience.
