Yoga Flow

About the class

Flowing from one pose to another with breath. This class allows us to explore a moving meditation as we focus on stretching and strengthening our bodies. Each class will be different every time and is suitable for beginners to advanced yogis. On the first Sunday of every month Dragon Dance yoga will be offered - this is a fun sequenced class that tells a story between a hero and a dragon through Taoist/tai chi and yoga movements. This class is great for beginner and advanced yogis and modifications are always provided.
