Membership & Fees
What if I want to cancel my membership?
Please send an email to email@example.com. Our Guest Services staff will assist you.
Please note: due to our closure, as well as ongoing concerns surrounding COVID-19, our Cancellation Policy has been changed from 30 days to 7 days to allow for more flexibility for our valuable members at this time. (Subject to change).
When do my monthly membership payments resume?
To reactivate your Membership today, please contact Guest Services - firstname.lastname@example.org or 403-932-1635 ext. 0. We are delaying activating Memberships until further notice.

Are you still offering personal training?
Yes, we will still be offering personal training. For more information, please visit the 'Personal Training' section of our 'Activities and Programs' page on our website.
Safety & Physical Distance
What has the facility done to ensure our safety?
- masks for our staff
glass barriers being added to our Guest Services desks and Fitness Desk
hand sanitizer stations are located through the building
hand washing instructions are located in each washroom
sanitization has occurred through the entire building, and will be maintained and documented as per regulations
fitness centre has spaced machines to allow for 3 metre physical distancing
all water fountains are not in use
training has been provided to all staff onsite regarding new COVID-19 precautions and measures
no loitering allowed within the building
Is a mask required within the facility?
We encourage public to wear masks within our facility, but it is not mandatory. We will follow the guidance of the Town of Cochrane if a public mask-use bylaw is formalized. AHS reccommends that you do not wear a mask while participating in a phyiscal activity.
Facility Hours & Access
Will Play Care be re-opening soon?
Play Care will not be available until AHS guidelines have changed.
Will facility hours of operation be the same?
Our hours remain the same. The facility is open from 6am-9pm.
Can I have a tour of the facility?
We do our best to accommodate requests for tours but are not always able to give tours during peak times.
Where possible, pre-booked tour times are preferable. You can call Guest Services at 403-932-1635 ext 0, or email us at email@example.com to schedule a tour time.
Will water fountains be available?
Water fountains are currently unavailable, however bottle fillers are available for personal use. Due to the limited number of bottle fillers, we encourage you to bring your own filled water bottle.
Do I have to pre-book to use the facility?
We are offering some PLAY NOW classes on a drop-in basis in a limited capacity. For more information on individual amenities please visit the 'Facilities' page of our website.
