This fitness class is structured towards older adults hoping to build, maintain or improve their current level of health and fitness. Our instructors and facility provide a supportive, safe environment to help improve our participants’ fitness condition. Join a group of dedicated adults who want to be active and fit forever! All levels welcome – you will be encouraged to explore all your body’s abilities in a safe and progressive format.

Dynamic Lifting Foundations
This 45-minute class is designed around the education of the diverse forms of lifting and moving. Most of the class will be framed around natural and functional movements tailored to support individual needs, daily and active lifestyles. All levels of individual are welcome.
Each session will focus on the mechanical principles of functional training done in a safe and challenging format. A progressive outline will allow participants to frame each session towards building a fitness foundation to support and structure their health around. This class will expose you to new ideas and exercises, while exploring: the what, why and how’s of health and fitness.

Strength endurance training means training with a high number of repetitions at lower weights. Strength endurance training therefore does not train with maximum strength, but only with the intensity of about fifty percent of maximum performance. This class will help build and define existing muscle, increase mobility and help with injury recovery. We will also incorporate some barre and pilaties moves.
In this class we will target all the aspects of your core (abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes), to help build a strong base of support for all your daily activities. Every class uses a few different pieces of equipment and your own body weight. Please bring your yoga mat.
TEMPO Strength and Stretch
In this 45-minute class, we will explore the use of TEMPO to influence weighted (and unweighted) workouts and will look to breakdown the body into is regions, joints, systems and functions. Through different movement exploration we will look at your overall health and ways we can build the body long term. ALL LEVELS are welcome. Learn what your body is capable of through movement in a safe and directed fashion.
TRX & Kettle Bell
This class will be incorporating education on safe and effective ways to use the TRX and Kettlebell to produce a high quality workout and challenging experience geared towards any number of fitness outcomes. It's For Everybody. Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward your summit, TRX Training helps you move better, feel better, and live better. ALL LEVELS, ALL GOALS means it's literally for ALL OF YOU! Classic and non classical Kettlebell exercises such as Swings, Cleans, Snatch, Presses, Windmills and Turkish Get Up will be covered in great detail along with many other essential techniques used to develop a deep understanding of Kettlebell basics and their variations. Multiple variations and their uses will be explored for every exercise. Learn how to safely and incrementally scale exercises to suit the ability of the clients.

Vin to Yin
Ignite your class with grounding breathwork to relax the nervous system, connect with your soul and establish a foundation for your practice. Invite stillness, relaxation and love within as you fall into deep meditation in your yin poses to complete your yoga practice. Yin invites us to work on the fascia deep connective tissue which will help you release tension and improve mobility. We will let the practice do the work on us instead of doing the work. Think gentle resistance in each pose without control.

This all-level class blends stretching and strengthening postures, breath work and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way to assist you reduce and manage stress as well as help restore and maintain better balance, flexibility, and strength. Consciously linking the movement of the body to the movement of the breath, these classes are a dynamic, flowing practice which leads you through a balanced series of postures to strengthen and build flexibility, promoting physical stamina and a sense of deep inner calm.
