Active Forever
This fitness class is structured towards older adults hoping to build, maintain or improve their current level of health and fitness. Our instructors and facility provide a supportive, safe environment to help improve our participants’ fitness condition. Join a group of dedicated adults who want to be active and fit forever! – All levels welcome – you will be encouraged to explore all your body’s abilities in a safe and progressive format.

Aquafit
These classes offer a full body workout, a combination of cardiorespiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training. Conducted in pool. Class is for all fitness levels and flotation is provided.

Barre
All levels welcome to this one-hour fitness workout which will tone and challenge your entire body. Our certified Barre instructor will incorporate innovative moves that will fatigue muscles through isometric holds.

Barre Fusion
Every Saturday, let's meet at the Barre with an infusion of abdominals, boxing or below-the-belt workouts. Then close with mobility and stretches to release any tension from the week.
Barre was originally ballet-inspired but this class gives all the benefits of dancing (increased muscular endurance, increased cardiovascular endurance, better posture and flexibility) without dance experience.

Beginner's Bootcamp
The ideal class for those looking to break a sweat, tone the body, and burn some extra calories without a lot of joint-jarring, high impact moves. We will start off easy, learning the bootcamp basics in a friendly and social setting. This class will introduce many types of exercises using a variety of equipment and is designed to build strength through fun and active drills.

Bootcamp
In this class your cardiovascular health and strength will be tested and help you work towards achieving full body functional fitness. Join this encouraging environment to achieve your goals and break through barriers. You will experience various types of training including circuit training, HIIT, Tabata, pyramid and more!

Box HIIT
This high energy fun-filled class will consist of basic boxing skills, and utilization of all kinds of different equipment, weights, bosu balls and more! Circuits and intervals will be sure to get your heart rate up!

Core Fit
In this class we will target all the aspects of your core (abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes), to help build a strong base of support for all your daily activities. Your core stabilizes your body, allowing you to move in any direction as well as having improved balance and stability. It helps prevents falls and supports your body. Every class uses a few different pieces of equipment and your own body weight.

Dynamic Lifting
This class is designed around the education of the diverse forms of lifting and moving. Most of the class will be framed around natural and functional movements tailored to support individual needs, daily and active lifestyles. Each session will focus on the mechanical principles of lifting, done in a safe and challenging format. A progressive outline will allow participants to frame each session towards building a fitness foundation to support and structure their health around. This class will expose you to new ideas and exercises, while exploring what, why and how’s of lifting and movement.

Endurance Ryde
This class brings the thrill of the outdoor ride — inside. A progressive 8-week program with time trials, flats, hills, mountain climbs, intervals, and breakaways, designed to challenge your fitness to reach a new level. This unique program design fosters maximum caloric expenditure while strengthening the legs, gluteal, core, and improving heart & lung function.

Energize Yoga
This is an all-level class in which you will gain an increased awareness of your body, mind and breath through stretching / mobility postures, balances, grounding poses and a brief meditation to leave you feeling centered.

Extreme Bootcamp
A bootcamp workout is essentially a type of interval training with an SLSFSC performance coach —get ready for bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of light movement. The term 'boot camp' is also known as a group fitness classes that promotes strength gain, fat loss, camaraderie and a team effort feel. Making it “Extreme” with us will get you the results you want! All Levels welcome and modifications will be made to cater to your fitness level.

Functional Movement Yoga
Functional movements include squats, lunges, core, push, pull, hinges, twists, and walking - This class is designed to be low impact as the focus is on specific movements that help support us for daily tasks and activities. This class is great for all levels, especially for beginners.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa (Sanskrit: विन्यास, IAST: vinyāsa) class is a smooth transition between asanas especially when movement is paired with the breath. In this class you will be encouraged to connect your breath and movement as when we move in life & fitness, we sometimes limit our breathing, this class will benefit your body from learning how to slow down and really get into the breath work and healing aspects of yoga.

Gentle Yoga
This practice blends stretching and strengthening postures, breath work and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way to assist you reduce and manage stress as well as help restore and maintain better balance, flexibility and strength.

Healing Hatha Yoga
This gentle class focuses on reducing physical pain, improving joint and organ functions, and increasing overall health and well-being. By coordinating movement and breath this series helps calm the mind for a more meditative focus. Suitable for all bodies and yoga experience

Healing Movement
This class is perfect if you have any chronic pain, joint injuries, or suffer from a movement disorder. The heat of the therapy pool may be both beneficial and healing to you. Join us for some safe and fun strength-based water moves where you will see an increase in your mobility and freedom from gravity fed aches and pains.

Heavy Bag Circuit
This high intensity class is a whole-body workout that is guaranteed to get the heart pumping. Between plyometrics and instruction in basic Muay Thai/Kickboxing skills, participants learn to hit the heavy bag in this challenging and fast paced class. Please bring your own gloves and hand wraps. (We have a few gloves for borrow/use – however we highly recommend bring your own hand wraps and equipment) - All levels welcome

Heavy Bag Circuit

Hiit & Strength
This class brings the best of both HIIT and Strength together in an exciting new way. This high intensity class features cardio segments with fast-paced strength combinations. This class is meant to keep you on your toes and promises to get you sweaty!

Lift it
Take your strength to the next level. Learn proper lifting techniques. This class will incorporate all the exercise equipment that the facility has to offer. Every week with be different, always a full body work out. All levels welcome

Light Hatha Yoga
Start your week off with this all-level class that will warm and awaken you. In this class, you will perform a series of breath connected yoga postures to access a state of deep relaxation.

Mindful Movement
In this slower paced class, we will move mindfully into postures exploring several variations to help land on what works for your body. We will also learn breath and meditation techniques to help calm the nervous system. This class will be accessible to all bodies, ages, and abilities.

Move it, or lose it
Whether you are 50 or 80 this training is for you. Over the course of our lives, it is easy to develop improper and unsafe movement patterns that do not serve us well into our senior years. Whether you are healthy and want to prevent problems or have a chronic condition such as arthritis, osteoporosis, or post rehab joint issues, this class will accommodate your needs and give you the foundation to move safely in your other classes and daily activities. This class will focus on Joint Stability, Functional Movements, Range of Motion, Posture, Balance and Coordination. – All levels welcome- great entry level class - also great if you need to work on your mobility

Noodle-itis
A warm water workout class for participants who suffer from any type of “It is” in their joints: Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, etc... Great for individuals in the later stages of hip/knee replacement surgery recovery. The bulk of this class is performed with the assistance of a pool noodle, with the majority being in “deep water” (feet off the floor)

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Restorative Yoga
This class is both gentle and supported, perfect for de-stressing from your day or if you are nursing an injury.

Soul Flow
Ignite your class with grounding breathwork to relax the nervous system, connect with your soul and establish a foundation for your practice. Awaken and invigorate the body, mind and spirit with flowing and fluid movements to strengthen, stretch, open, and balance! Connect the body and soul as we intuitively move to serve what is needed in the moment. All levels welcome. I am a guide, you are the teacher.

Spin
A great way to get in a vigorous workout especially during the off-season or a great way to cross train for your sport. Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride! Join us in our cycling class, our instructors will keep you motivated and on task as they guide participants through different workout phases. Warm-up, steady up tempo, cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.

Spin & Stretch
Spin & Stretch - This spin combo class will give you a heart pumping spin cardio blast followed by an incredible yoga stretch. Leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Spin Tabata
Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Spin Tabata takes it one step further, offering a winning work-out combination of spinning (cardio) and resistance training (building muscle strength). Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast away the calories and, when done consistently, will provide noticeable fitness results in a short amount of time.

Tabata Mix
Traditional Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval exercise that follows a regimented format: twenty seconds of very high intensity movements (e.g., sprints) followed by ten seconds of rest, which is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. High intensity interval training with a rest period shorter than the work period can target and improve both anaerobic and aerobic energy systems.

Vinyasa Yoga

Warm Water Stretching
Warm Water Stretching -This class will use the therapeutic properties of warm water and include slow dynamic and static movements to improve mobility and flexibility, while improving muscle stiffness and tension leaving your mind and body relaxed and rejuvenated.

Yin & Meditation
Invite stillness, relaxation and love within as you fall into deep meditation in your yin poses. Yin invites us to work on the fascia deep connective tissue which will help you release tension and improve mobility. We will let the practice do the work on us instead of doing the work. Think gentle resistance in each pose without control.
By promoting the flow of energy through the energy channels of our core, we can help bring health and balance to our busy Yang-Style lives. This class is open to all levels of experience.
