Where can I find information about COVID-19 SLSFSC updates?
We are committed to providing timely communication to our membership and employees regarding COVID-19 updates as they relate to the Facility via email and dedicated pages on our website. To stay informed to the most up-to-date information, we encourage you to join our PLAY Times Newsletter mailing list and follow our Facebook page. You can join our mailing list by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
What if I have paid for a Registered Program / Swim Lessons or Day Camps?
Registrants will be provided with an SLSFSC account credit for any programs or classes cancelled. No action is required on your part. You can expect communication via the email we have on file for you, providing details around your registered program.
What if I want a monetary refund, not an SLSFSC account credit?
I have booked a birthday party. What happens now?
You will receive an account credit for parties cancelled during the closure. You can expect communication via the email we have on file for you.
What if I want to register for a future program?
The situation is fluid, will we post updates as they arise. Spring and Summer Programs will be subject to the withdrawal policy.
If you do not want to register yet but would like to be notified as soon as programs officially re-launch, please sign up for our newsletter (sign up form at the bottom of the page).
Now that you are closed, what happens to my membership?
All memberships are automatically on hold, no action is required on your part to place the hold.
Any pre-paid annual memberships will be extended for the number of days we are closed and no payments will be processed during this time for our ongoing monthly members. You can expect communication via the email we have on file for you, providing details around the closure, payments and what will happen when we reopen. We will try to get back to you as quickly as we can, and we thank you for your patience as we are receiving a high number of emails through this time.
Will the Facility take this opportunity to clean and sanitize all areas?
Yes, thorough cleaning and sanitization of the Facility will be completed.
Has a re-opening date been established?
No, our Board of Directors and Management will continue to monitor the situation and the recommendations of The Town of Cochrane, as well as Provincial and Federal health authorities. The situation will be reassessed as new information is received, and we will maintain communication with our members and employees throughout the closure via email, our website and social media.
What if I want to cancel my Membership?
We are not able to process member cancellations during our closure. All memberships are automatically on hold and no payments will be processed during this time. We will communicate via the email we have on file for you and provide details about what will happen when we re-open, including information on membership cancellation requests.
