Help Cochrane to get crowned Canada’s Most Active Community!

Track all your minutes of activity on the app (link below) from June 1–30 to count toward our community’s total score. After June 30, 50 community finalists will be invited to submit an application explaining why they deserve to be Canada’s Most Active Community.

 

To help you along, SLS Centre has its own 'personal prizes' up for grabs:

  • 1st prize: Garmin Watch (Venu 2 or Venu 2S)

  • 2nd prize: $200 credit towards an SLSC program

  • 3rd prize: 3 hours of SLSC Personal Training


To enter:

1. Post a picture, video or comment on our Facebook or Instagram pages to tell us how you and your friends and family are getting active, on our social media feed (optional: post on your own social feed to spread the word further), it doesn't have to be at SLS Centre.

2. Use the hashtag #cochranecommunitychallenges

3. Tag us @slscentre
