REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY - PLAY MORE (REGISTERED PROGRAMS)

  • More than 24 hours prior to program start date: 50% refund to SLSFSC account credit less $10 admin fee

  • Less than 24 hours prior to program start date: non-refundable

  • All modifications to registrations are subject to a $10 admin fee

  • Program registration monies paid to SLSFSC prior to approval of that program under the Alberta Government Public Health Measures are eligible for monetary refunds should the program not be permitted to operate.

  • Programs cancelled by SLSFSC for internal circumstances will be entitled to a full refund to SLSFSC account credit.

  • Programs cancelled by SLSFSC for external circumstances (i.e. COVID-19 Restrictions) will be entitled to a full or partial SLSFSC account credit, dependent on duration remaining in the program at the time of cancellation.

  • Any other circumstances preventing participation in a program are subject to SLSFSC Department Manager Approval.

  • All monetary refunds for circumstances not specified within this policy are subject to SLSFSC Executive Management Approval.

SLSFSC reserves the right to revise our refund and cancellation policy at any time.

SLSFSC will process monetary refunds and/ or account credits as soon as reasonably possible.
