COCHRANE SPORT PHYSIO
Cochrane Sport Physiotherapy Clinic have implemented a Telehealth platform through its booking software Jane (a secure form of Facetime/ Skype/ Zoom) where clients can book an appointment, seek advice and begin a rehabilitation program. With the current "Covid 19 measures" in place this would be the safest and most preferred method of seeing you.

Signarama, Cochrane, are offering curb-side pick up and can take payment over the phone or e-transfer.
They recently devoted some time to making and donating 'Happy Birthday' Banners that the Fire Service and RCMP can use to do drive-by celebrations around the neighbourhood! Up until that point, they were having to use a hand-written piece of paper!

Gradsports provides family advisor services – helping student athletes and their parents navigate the process of working up through the ranks to find college scholarship opportunities. Services are primarily in the sport of hockey – helping players in Western Canada make connections to junior and NCAA opportunities in the Eastern US; and helping players make connections to Western Canadian junior teams.
With the Covid-19 pandemic bringing sport programs to a halt, they are emphasizing what they can do to help players cope with adversity and build mental toughness to stick with long term goals and improve their competitive mindset for when organized sports return. That has led them to signing a new consultant with plenty of expertise in those areas.
Danielle Lappage is a Canadian Olympic wrestler who has experienced the highs of winning Gold at the Commonwealth Games, and the lows of being injured and out of the 2016 Olympics in her first match.
She battled back from that devastating injury (that would have ended many athletes’ careers) and qualified for the Olympics again this March – just ahead of the pandemic causing the postponement of Tokyo 2020. Their are very excited that she has joined the Gradsports team to help their clients develop coping skills and mental strategies to overcome obstacles like what is being faced now with events cancelled and facilities closed. These are aspects of elite athletics that are
universal across all sports.
