WITHDRAWAL, TRANSFER & CANCELLATION POLICY

Withdrawals: 

  • More than seven (7) days' notice prior to program start: Customer's choice of a full monetary refund or SLSFSC account credit, less a $10 administration fee per registrant/ per program.

  • More than 24 hours’ but less than seven (7) days’ notice prior to program start: Customer's choice of a 50% monetary refund or full SLSFSC account credit, less a $10 administration fee per registrant/ per program

  • Less than 24 hours' notice prior to program start: No monetary refund or SLSFSC account credit will be issued

Transfers:

  • Prior to program start: Registrants can transfer to a different SLSFSC program, pending program availability. Registrants must pay the difference in cost (if any) at the time of the transfer

  • After program start: Registrants may request a transfer to a different SLSFSC program. The Department and/ or Executive Management will determine if the request can be accommodated. If approved, the registrant will pay any difference in program cost at the time of the transfer

SLSFSC Cancellations:

  • Cancellation prior to program start: Customer's choice of a full monetary refund or SLSFSC account credit

  • Cancellation after program start: Customer’s choice of a pro-rated monetary refund or SLSFC account credit

SLSFSC reserves the right to revise our Registered Program Withdrawal, Transfer and cancellation terms.

SLSFSC will process monetary refunds and/ or account credits as soon as reasonably possible.
